The Construction Education Foundation (CEF) is an authorized OSHA Training Institute Education Center (OTIEC) for the U.S. Department of Labor’s Denver Region. As the region’s lead organization, CEF provides OSHA-authorized occupational safety and health training across six states: Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Utah.
As an OTIEC, we deliver OSHA-numbered courses in Construction and General Industry, as well as Outreach Trainer courses for individuals seeking initial authorization or renewal of their trainer credentials. Our programs support safer, healthier workplaces for private- and public-sector workers, supervisors, and employers.
Across the region, there are eight AGC chapters and five industry organizations representing commercial, residential, and heavy civil construction. Several AGC chapters also serve as host training sites for CEF’s OSHA courses. These host organizations are not OTI Education Centers but partner with us to expand regional access.
